Tonight S and I leave for AZ.  I'm going back for one of my best friends weddings.  Before I moved to NYC I was her "date" for her company functions; benefits, charity fund raisers, sometimes theater, movie premiers, etc.  We always had a blast taking advantage of the free cocktails, checking out the guys, and socializing with the masses.

All that is over now that she is getting married, she has a new man in her life and I have to say, I am so happy for her!  We used to joke all the time about My Big Fat Greek Wedding the scene where the aunt meets Ean Miller for the first time and she she says this is him, we never thought this day would come for you, NEVER.  Finally it has and she is going to make a beautiful bride. 

I'm bringing our camera so I can capture some tradgic shots of the reception, there is going to be open bar and my X- wife will be there with her date.  I just hope I feel better to enjoy all the drama, I have come down with a bad cold and feel very congested.  My co-worker suggested mucelix so I'm taking that to break up the mucus. 

The next time I post I will be a year older.........:(
