Gah, I went to get a physical today and my appointment was so far behide, I could have go out, bought, cooked and eaten dinner in the time I had. And now I have to go all the damned way to Tofino for blood tests.

Ok, other than that, life has been bad. Real bad. Thank god I made that damned promise.
