I love "The Way I See It" from Starbucks...
So a couple of my new favorites!
The Way I See It #282Childhood is a strange country. It's a place you come from or go to - at least in your mind. For me it has an endless, spellbound something in it that feels remote. It's like a little sealed-vault country of cake breath and grass stains where what you do instead of work is spin until you're dizzy.

The Way I See It #232
You simply can't make someone love you if they don't. You must choose someone who already loves you. If you choose someone who does not love you, this is the sort of love you must want.
-Israel Horowitz

So to keep with coffee...
I bought a new coffee pot...well it's not really a pot...it's a system.
A cold water filtration system:
From the manufacturer: The method, popular among Dutch settlers in
Java in the 19th century, steeps coarsely ground coffee in cold, fresh
water for up to 24 hours. When filtered the liquid concentrate, or
essence, may be stored in the refrigerator for up to six weeks or may be
frozen for longer periods. When reconstituted, it becomes a delicious
smooth-tasting low acid cup of coffee.
From Peej: It's yummy...you can make the coffee as strong as you like...and it's great for iced coffee - such a phenomenal flavor...me likey lots!!!
Laterz...
