| | Craaaap. Earlier today I was tired and stressed out and started pulling again. *sigh* So now I'm eyelash-less again, and hope of conquering the trich is quickly falling...
Last night in YRUU we watched "Supersize Me." Freaky, yet fascinating in a morbid sort of way. It also made me feel sick to my stomach, disgustingly fat, and ashamed to be an American.
Recent and mildly significant happenings I'd forgotten to mention: ~ I finished the eyes project in photography! Finally!! (*dances* *becomes aware of an audience* *stops dancing* *does a passable Izzard impression* "...What?") Eighteen pairs of lovely eyes, all stacked in a column; it looks pretty awesome. It's 36x5 inches, though...I probably shouldn't have made those strips 2x5 each... ~ Although I didn't make callbacks for the one-acts, Meredith did (of course), and so did Leigh and Orri and a bunch of other cool people!! Yay. (Mer said: "So it looks I could be married to Orri. Yep. And Brittany might be our daughter.") ~ I finally got around to mending my EIJILY AMUSED hoodie. (One of the thumb-holes had turned into a hand-hole, and to make it a thumb-hole again I had sewn up one side. The wrong side. So I finally took a seam-ripper and fixed it.) Yaaay, 9E awesomeness!
Today it's very nice weather outside, so I decided to go biking. Not the best idea. Firstly I had to clean my bike off a bit and reinflate the tires somewhat. Then I discovered that I've further outgrown my bike (which I've had since I was eleven, which explains why it's purple), and now I've outgrown my helmet as well. So I wound up going without a helmet. (I'm going to hell for that, I just know it...) The distance around Lake Elkhorn, path-wise, is just under 1.9 miles. Not even two miles and I'm wiped out...jeez... But it is very nice weather outside. I love March.
More acupuncture tonight (this time not all the way in fucking Linthicum, thank gods). Then there's a mandatory rehearsal. I think "Daniel, Daniel, Servant Of The Lord" is getting better. (Although that may be because she's cutting first-years left and right...) And we've started sight-reading. Bets are forming on how long it'll be before Ms. Stephens has an aneurism. (Okay, not really.) And once again we're screwing up whole rests and shit. (Really.) So much fun... - |
