| | Matt and I are going to see a movie tomorrow. I want to see "War of the Worlds," but he saw it and said he really wan't impressed. He wants to see "Fantastic 4," but I told him it wasn't so great except it's got Jessica Alba in her underwear. He also wants to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," but it's the most bizarre movie I've ever seen in my life and I don't fancy watching it with the love of my teenage life. So we'll probably end up seeing "The Island," which I really want to see. So, finally, after six torturous weeks, I'll see him. My brain is infected with stupid girly "What am I going to wear?" thoughts, and I am actually contemplating wearing eye make-up. Somebody, help.
Richard, how am I not a really big dork, I ask you?

~ I am a huge fangirl of The Rogues. I attend the Renaissance Festival every year mostly just to see them. Every year I contemplate buying a plaid skirt to go with my black "Roguette" tank top just for this event. I know when to bark for "Guinness Dog," and when to go "Hey!" during the Gravel Walk.
~ Halloween is my favorite holiday solely because of the weirdness of the costumes I can come up with; I was "a dark and stormy night" two different years, I was a tossed salad one time, and I have dressed my sister as gum stuck under a chair (no one got it) and dinner for two (bit cumbersome, but the neighbors loved it). My all-time favorite costume was when I went as a hanged person the year before last. This year I'm going trick-or-treating once again, this time with Mer: we're going to be vampire pirates. ("Yo ho ho and a bottle of blood!")
~ I know that 42 is the answer. I have a t-shirt (hand-made with love by Mer) that says "6 x 9 = 42," and have no problem explaining it to passersby when they interogate me about it. ("See, it's the answer to life, the universe and everything...")
~ Most of my friends are geeks/nerds, and every guy I've ever dated/liked has been a geek/nerd/dork to some degree. I am also a dork magnet when it comes to guys. Get them off me, please.
