so i had track tonight... i have my period so i have been really crabby and i just didnt want to run at all... well figures that we would have time trials today... right? so yea... for my 100 i got 14secconds and for my 200 i got like 32 secconds... why do i suck this year... honestly... i kicked ass last year and now my fat ass is basically getting kicked... but then we went on a 25 min run... so i honestly have NO clue how many cals i burned with it but it was sure hot out and i will admit... there was a lil boob sweat goin on... lol. so yea... i have to do my pilates leg workout tonight too.... ahhh! oh well hopefully it pays off in the long run...

OMG IM GONNA THROW A COW!!

haha i wrote out a great update... and then my computer randomly x'd out of it by itself! ahhh i go crazy

so basically starting over.. - i've spent all day looking thought your guys's Xangas and looking at pictures of supermodels and its been decided- i need to lose weight. Im going to start off by only consuming 700 calories a day. now i know that sounds like a lot. but i am the track teem and i am afraid taht if i go much lower than that then i wont have a good season and will be too weak to practice. besides... i should burn at least that much every day at practice anyways.

seccondly as far as exercise i have decided that i will practice really hard a practice every day and then go home and to "lower body" pilates 4 times a week and "abs workout" the remaining 3 days. We'll start out with that and see where it goes.

I need to be under 120lbs by May 21'st... thats my 16th birthday and there would be no greater birthday present to myself than that. Do u think its possible?? i'm about 126/127 now... it needs to be done. Let me know if you think it'll work or if there is something i should do differently. thanks... PLAN STARTS TOMORROW!

so i just bought these boots online and i am so excited that i just needed to show you guys.. what do u think?
