RANDOM STUFF
This morning Natalie told me, "My cheeks huwts. [She's cutting 2yr molars.]"
I said, "I'm sorry your teeth are bothering you. Where does it hurt?"
And she said, "Pink." For some reason that struck me as really funny. I laughed so hard, that she said, "How 'bout puwple. . .How 'bout blue.". . Crazy kid.
If you've ever wondered, Sweet Tart jelly beans are really good. I highly recommend them. However purple is not my favorite; they have that same weird flavor, that purple sweet tarts have. I've never been able to explain it. I know most people love the purple, but there is this lingering aftertaste, that reminds me of dirty snow. Purple nerds have it too. Unfortunately, this doesn't keep me from eating them.
While I'm describing very strange, sense-related observations, I thought I'd mention that my toilet smells a little like a beta fish. It needs to be cleaned, but not disgustingly so. I've discovered those bleach tablets, that you drop in the back of the bowl, and I LOVE them. They buy me a lot of time between scrubbings. In fact, it's been a while since I've cleaned the pot, and there's no ring around it. . .just the fish bowl smell.
Lastly, I love Cheetos. Just thought you should know. Not the puffy ones, not the twisty ones. Just regular old crunchy cheetos. Love em. I even love the way the orange stuff gets all over those two, cheeto-eating fingers. So you have to lick them, and then the next cheeto gets even more orange stuff on them.
Don't be concerned about my mental health, just because I'm babbling about jelly beans and toilets and cheetos. We are enjoying an 'at home' day, after a totally insane day yesterday, and it's fine with me. School work's done. The house is reasonably straight. And apparently, I have nothing to say. :) |
