One of these days I need to search for a site that has free stationery for Outlook. Oh I thought I had one but when I wrote and asked why all my messages were going down the left side of the page I ended up on their shit list, and vice versus.

The last missive from them went like so:

*We had over 8 million visitors in the past year and no one else has had this problem. Deleting stationery will not fix the problem you have with margins, since stationery does not make any kind of changes to your computer or your mail program.

We have tried to help as much as we can, which is really above and beyond our scope, since we only help with problems associated with what we offer. Apparently you or someone who uses your system has manipulated your margin settings, or you have a corrupt install of your Internet Explorer/Outlook Express.

We are sorry we are unable to assist further.

People do not pay attention when you talk and the same goes for what you type. I emphasized I do not mess with the settings for margins in Outlook and don't even have a clue on how to change them. (Nor does anyone else use this computer!)

The man that reformatted my computer did not mess with Outlook settings and since he is a professional and since I have had no other software problems I would suggest it was all installed correctly.

Here's the funny part. The other Quick Notes from Cloud Eight work just fine!! That shouldn't happen if something is wrong with MY settings should it?
