Years ago while going through a local mall there was a table set up with some beautiful music playing. Think I bought two tapes. A search of the internet and I am happy to see they have a web page.  http://www.andeannation.com/index.html

From the Incas to the World, Andean Symphony Vol. 1 is currently causing me to feel like tapping my toes. Do you suppose I could convince hub with all the tapes I own that I need own more? LOL

I also was pleased to find this group from here is still around and has a website. Sounbord, http://www.sounbord.com/

Today they said it got to 60 degreees but trust me this morning was miserably damp and a few times the rain poured. After checking email I looked up to see our flag getting soaked. As soon as it let up it came in to dry. Well OK I helped it along. lol

I went in to the bedroom, turned on the TV and laid down by the cats that beat me before I could get it made. Before long, off to slumber land I went. If it wasn't for Pookie bird squawking I would not have been up in time to head out to Bible Study.

This afternoon hub and I went out to Garden Ridge looking for an artificial plant for church and a gazing ball. The gazing balls aren't out yet. Picked out a plant and as we weaved our way out of that over crowded dept. I found a taller cheaper one. So the 6 1/2 foot fake plant was slid in the back of the PT and came up somewhat between our seats. Off to church to put it in the Sanctuary.

Brought the pretty blue vase home from atop the cupboards (that meant climb up on a chair, which I'm glad hub didn't see). Once home I arranged the artificial flowers in blues and lavendars in it. Now to figure out how to transport it back to the Narthex tomorrow. I'm going to run some vinegar through their coffee pot (one of those big commercial things) and return the pot so badly scorched we were lucky the cleaning lady came in and found on a burner that had not been turned off.

Tell me people why is it so hard for a person making coffee to think to check the coffee maker before leaving? Oh I know if it was a group of old folks that question has its own answer. I suggested to the secretary that she post notes on exit doors, meeting room doors and the machine. Maybe the bathroom doors would of been a better idea.

I miss being able to hear and enjoy good music . . . .  music I felt was good, not music I was told to like.   I like some  pieces in all various kinds of music, but my stupid ears don't communicate well enough.    Yet inside my head the dulcet tones I have always loved echo in remembrance.

"the crowded dept"

60 and rainy is not pleasant weather.
Yeah, checking the coffee pot before leaving seems like the right thing to get in the habit of doing...

I hope tomorrow you have a sunny dry day.
Here we have wind, horrid freezing cold wind. gah.

be well

I'm glad that it was only a scorched pot and not a fire!  I'd say that some notes would help.  I have trouble remembering things, too.  I clip a timer to my neck to remember when I'm baking things now.

We have a problem with teachers not unplugging the coffee pot at the end of the day.  Notes do not stop it from being left on.

You can never have too much music!
