I just read your question on my bloggie.
Yes, bell music is the same as regular music. We could play from a Hymnal or just regular music.... sometimes bells play special effects so those sorts of additions would be on music specifically written for bells. There is a lot of music out there specificlly for bells.
Now in the 5 person choir I play in, we each get a dozen bells and the sheet of music I play from just has my music for my bells, and any notations. I do look at my partners music to see what bells we share and sometimes in practice we see that we need to give them the bell quickly if they have to play it in the next measure...
