Aside from reading email the only thing I seem to have done on the computer was make this tag.

I didn't do a lot in pool today as swim lessons have the bulk heads back up and who am I kidding I can't swim the entire length anyway.

There were two guys, one walking the other walking/swimming part of the time in the lane I was in.

No matter my sugar was good at noon.

Have to have labs run Wednesday and I called in to check to see if they had ordered more than just the A1c. They hadn't and the doctor is out this week on vacation. I told the lady answering the phone if they don't do the liver checks I won't be taking my cholesterol meds as they haven't done them this year. Military hospital did them every 3 months and I know Medicare won't pay for them that often. Plus I told her we need to do a check on the anemia.

So this afternoon the nurse called back. They will do them all so Tues. night I go fasting after 10 p.m., which I do expect for liquids anyway.

It's 94 degrees now at 6:43 p.m., don't know what the high was today, just know if I am outside the perspiration was pouring off me. We stopped in center court at the BX and I got a different Seattle's Best iced coffee and I should of stuck to the regular iced coffee. Talk about going to your head! Should of had a cup of tap water nearby, but grabbed hub's hot coffee with nutrisweet (acckk) on the last painful shot to the head.

Wouldn't have bothered to go outside but needed a new pot for daughter's plant. Got a plant stand for her because it won't fit on that table by her desk now. If she doesn't want the plant stand I'll just take it back. Heaven knows come winter if any of my outside pots have to come in I can use it. Not sure any of my outside stuff will survive the heat and tap water.

I have started coughing now and eyes are all mattery so it is back on the nasal spray a few days. Can't be the dust I'm allergic too as my house has plenty of that year round.   What is so funny is hub has the opposite nasal reactions to mine. At least today he took something for it and napped the same time I was.

I notice yesterday folks weren't reading and commenting on blogs either. (I have got to change my header, I'm sick of it by now, but James I miss your wisteria)

Oh gosh, summer. It is warm here so I know it must be just awful where you are... how can we manage? It is 84 here at 8:26. Blizzie and I walked two miles and came home dripping.

We went out this morning and did errands and took a cooler in the car with really cold fruit in it. It was great.

It's good to swim... I am glad you got some pool time in.
LOL about the coffee. I hate fake sugar too.

Christina's boyfriend used to bring us iced coffee when he worked at the local Starbucks... I am glad he doesn't work there anymore... 300 calories for those sugary things and he would show up with them when you already ate enough junk for the day... you cant stick them in the freezer.

We have tree pollen here making my eyes itchy and nose stuffy.

I like your turtle. You could put that one in your profile pic collection and choose for commenting. Oh that would be cute!

Stay cool

That picture of the squirrel isn't very clear. I'll see if I can take a clearer one. You're welcome to use any of my pics. I never can find time to do anything to my page.

I like the turtle! It is raining here today, not much, but a gentle rain, the tail end of Dennis. Hopefully it will last and the plants can have a nice drink. We are in a severe drought here, so I can water only every other day. I hope I will be able to continue to water my gardens (I don't water the lawn; it will come back when the drought is over). Hope your tests come out ok.
