What is it about computer geeks of the male variety that don't understand those timid old ladies like me?
I don't have a Power Point program, see no reason for one. Now I am supposed to download a Reader? "It allows you to see slide shows of many things, flowers, animals, shows of the troops in Iraq etc. It is really worth any time it might take. Venture out Bonnie, there is a lot of good stuff around."
I venture out enough. I have all the seat/back time I can endure checking mail reading journals reading blogs searching for paticular things, trying to determine if the spots I see are on my glasses or floaters in my eyes.
One guy would even send me a program. The one I want now he hasn't sent, probably because it costs now or something.
I just got word from Tripod. The people who stick pop-up's on my web page. They are telling me my page is so popular that they are going to have to block my pages when the bandwidth is exceeded.
If I'm so popular why doesn't my counter indicate such? Or why isn't my guestbook overflowing? Or why don't I get any emails from it?
I suspect they have changed the rules for bandwidth. I can't afford an upgrade thank you. I just spent $300 on glasses and I have to send $500 back to a doctor that injected my back in January.
