Last night while the king of this country flapped his jaws I worked on this. My first challenge.

Of course it wasn't easy because each panel and divider had to be duplicated and I had trouble finding them. When duplicating it puts it right on top of the other. You have to drag each piece out.

It also was made more difficult due to looking through bifocals. I couldn't get any closer because my keyboard sits on a pull out shelf. But suprisingly this morning my neck is OK.

Last night I drove to wally mart. Man I hate that new super center! I wanted a yard and a half of what I call organza. You ladies remember the stuff crinolines were made of... I think. It had to be red. Employee's act like don't bother me sometimes, though I guess if I had to work carrying a cane I wouldn't be in a hurry to run around in the little department.

I found nylon bought a yard and a half and only discovered when I got home that isn't a yardstick I measured with. This thing has 48 inches on it! So I will go back today and get more material.

I also get to drive myself off to the pool today! Yippee!

Glad you get to drive-I know that makes you feel better-just to go when you want to. About my Mother-she wears glasses-has for years. cantankous is more like it !!As for my sisters--I just think they dont care. They are so afraid if they call I will ask them to help with Mother and they might miss out on one of there week end trips or get togethers. Heys--Its ok with me. I like it better without them up here.

The big box, so-called stores lack many of the amenities of life such as courtesy and the williness to help out a customer -- any customer who has the audacity to ask for help.

Hope you find the exact same material when you go back Sis.

I haven't been to Wally World since about last October.     It is just too much, too crowded, too far to walk from the car, too far to find things in the store, etc.    And I keep hearing about these big stores, WM, Target, etc. that are driving the smaller stores out of business, so I try to shop small.    I will even say I haven't missed the Mall that much since Rita did a number on it.

Frustration is the mainstay of getting out for shopping.

Ha! That's cute!  I have to remember to put up one of the banners you made for me before Valentine's Day comes and goes..

Have fun at the pool today.
