Well now, over to Curves today to see about a 2 wk. trial period. That will be a sobering experience if I have to get on scales every day. At least I'm still 5 ft. 6 inches.

After lunch I uploaded my journal entry and then took off walking with hub. Did about a mile, cut through at the library while he went on. My left leg and buttocks joined my back in complaining.  I was hoping the back fusion would last 5 yrs.

Rented Polar Express and Elizabeth Town. They won't be watched tonight, Survivor will. So now I shall shut down the computer and eat my supper.

I am glad you had a peppy day.
I did not do a blasted thing. I am okay with that. I nursed a sick child and a one armed man

I forgot about Polar Express!  I will have to look that up at the library.  I got March of the Penguins already, but am saving it to watch with Daughter this weekend!

I'm curious as to your opionion of the Curves program.    I know some people who go from time to time.    And I saw Polar Express at the local theater, went by myself with a small number of kids.     Didn't matter to me as long as everyone was quiet.   And it was pleasantly quiet for the whole film.   I bought March of the Penguins, because it was so beautiful.  I think I'd like Lavender Ladies too.    But there there are quite a few I'd like to see.   I'll probably wait till they come to TV.

I will be interested to hear about Curves also. I think one of the draw backs is you have to sign a contract--2 years or something like that. I sure need to get my walking started back-if it would just warm up a bit.

I need to get back to walking. It's the only thing that has ever helped me keep extra weight off.
