Ohmygosh ohdear.  First a big fat apology to those who have signed my guestbook. I had quit checking it because no one was signing...and guess what?  I missed your nice comments because I didn't know!  At my big journal I have it set to notify me when someone signs. Is there a way to do that in Xanga?

I was just in my picture files, didn't find this ornament I purchased this year. Cinderalla mouse and her Fairy God Mouse. I need to find a way to get a close up, I got this off the web page of -- oh dear was it Hallmark or American Greetings?

Saw the Phys. Asst. this morning. Been a long time since I saw him. He told me to wear the splint if it made my wrist feel better. Try heat or cold and some of the smelly topical stuff if I wish. Most important he told me to stop doing the wrist exercises in the pool for a couple weeks.  He sent me down for a new wrist splint. They had the wrong size and I will have to be pretty miserable before I wear that thing to rub on my arm!

He also prescribed more Celebrex and I do believe I already had enough. For some reason he said I should use a muscle relaxer for a nerve impingement. ?? I don't know why I picked up that prescription because I already have some I don't use.

That is a problem with military doctor's and PA's. They order too much medicine and if I had to pay for it I'd go broke.

In the clinic I noticed their Christmas tree had construction paper ornaments with writing. A closer look found it is a tree for childrens needed toy gifts. I pulled off one that said 'girl 2yrs'. After lunch and a little rest I drove back out to the Base BX and searched for something for her. How do parents afford any toys at all now days?

While they already had 2 rows on sale the plastic building blocks I found weren't on that row. The brightly colored bean bag poodle was. I wonder if I shouldn't go through my stuffed animals and take some out. Though they may not think highly of Easter bunnies at this time of year.

I was just telling our neighbor when hub was active duty he often worked 2 jobs to support a wife and 2 kids. There was no drives to get toys for our kids. Perhaps now days they won't let them work 2 jobs. Yes we all know with deployments there aren't any.

Times just keep on changing.

First of all, let me telll ya' I love that butterfly ornament from the last entry.

Your question about "barbar rolls" made me laugh.    It's a typo and I meant to say "Barbara's Rolls"    Gordon's sister's recipe is one we use from time to time.   They are dinner rolls that are delish.

I like the slipper ornament too.   How many mouse ornaments do you have anyway, about a million or so?

Since I made only $3400 this whole year we are on a generous person's list for a toy this year. By next Christmas I should be able to open a toy store. I would prefer their own father spend time with them but that is not to be. Other people have tried to make it up to them. Blessed they are!
