Sums me up pretty well for this morning.  Trying to get myself organized. Not succeeding. Made a cup of passion tea and darn near spat it out! Dumped the cup and got my green tea leaves.

Cloudy and 69 degrees already. It is to get to 81. Yesterday I pulled on shorts too. I think later in the week it is to dip to the 30's again. Yo yo weather.

Word in from son this morning. This weekend he loaded Layla's backpack and they set off for hiking. He said alternating water bottles made her load pretty easy for her. Everyone that saw her thought she was a working dog.   He said teaching her to heel while walking in the neighborhood doesn't work on hiking. She gets underfoot. Wonder if they have a command for follow?

Heard our Pookie say "Hello" to Wil the other morning. Do you think I can get him to say it to me? Little Buster does the minute I come in.

Yesterday I missed church. Bad night, body as well. When I eventually went out side in the beautiful weather I put some Round Up on some grass heading for the flower side of the front easement. I caught Pedro coming out his garage door, his family in the car, and I told him his little kennel next to our yard stunk. I told him he had to clean that every day. Got the "yeah yeah" that is such a part of his language. Well the next thing I know he was back there with the rake cleaning it up before they left. Told Wil I think he is afraid of me. That got a response "well of course because he knows you will call Code Compliance".

I think I have Wil just about convinced that this year we need to put up a privacy fence in the back yard on that side. I don't think we need a permit for that. Need to check with my friend in code dept. I hate wood fences but since that is a HUD house it will never get better there. Sorry folks experience has taught me that. Not trying to sweep everyone in HUD Homes with the broad brush.

Well I have some stuff to print out for the urologist for tomorrow so best quit putting it off. Will call Heather later in the day to see how Doug is doing.
