  It is the time for you to hear what your future committee has to say!
  
  These candidates for each post are as follow:
  
  President: Johnathan Chan, Keith Lau, Pogi Lau or RON
  Vice President: Kenny Cheng, Raymond Chau, Wince Chiu or RON
  Treasurer: Ronald Li, Mattew Tung or RON
  Internal Secretary: Camen Lam, Jenny Lam, Jessie Tam or RON
  External Secretary: Amy Cheng, Vivian Yam or RON
  Public Relation: Esther Chan or RON
  Sport Secretary: Kam Ng or RON
  I.T. and Publicity Officer: Jackie Kwan, Jacky Yeung or RON
  
  RON stands for Re-Open Nominations.
  (where you feel that in this occasion the candidates are not suitable for the post and wish to re-nominate other people)
  
  All candidates will each prepare a short speech, in ENGLISH, telling you about
  themselves and ecplaining why you should vote for them. You also have the right to ask any
  questions to our candidates on the night. 
  
  The AGM will take place on Thursday 15th March 2007 at 18:00 in 3E 2.2. You are all welcome to come and see what your future committee have to say! And it is the time for you to raise you opinion on issues of your concern!
  
  An election form will be provided at the beginning of the AGM and later on during the week. Please vote
  for your new Chinese Student Society for 2007-2008.
  
  Please note that all candidates are NOT allowed to withdraw once you have been elected to
  be the new committees.
