Hole in the Wall
There is a hole in my office wall. It is a perfect rectangle, floor to ceiling. Needing a "holding" place for product as it transitions from the UPS man to my office to the web, we decided to use the office next to us instead of my office floor. My roomie, Louise, has been patient with the clutter as we tried to decide how to get more organized. We both enjoy sharing an office (at least I do and I think she does), so we had to evict the beads. And the work began. Clay measured and cut the most beautiful hole, perfect in every way. This lovely hole does have one flaw, a surprise, if you will. There is a large electrical cable running horizontally smack-dab in the middle of the once exsisting wall. Now Clay is a perfectionist, very skilled at what he does. But, he is not an electrician. Still, his confidence is high that he can cut the electricity, raise the cable to the roof, and finish off the holding cell for my product. So, as Louise and I head to Tucson next week, Clay will be making my rectangle the best rectangle in the world! Life is exciting on it's own, but it's the little things that can add spice, like my rectangle.
