so today i was reminded that i go to church to meet God, not people. i was really late to worship today and i started thinking about what people might say about me coming late. but then it hit me that it doesn't matter. yes it wasn't good to be late. but i shouldn't be worrying about what people say about it. what would God say about it? that's the question i should ask myself.

at the same time, there's a little bit of God in all people, and we must learn to Love one another as God loves us, which does involve thinking about what others think about to a certain extent.
But yes, it is all too easy to forget that our most important priority is, in fact, our Lord... thanks for reminding me as well :)
