My parents' house is wonderful, although it's not a place I could stay for an extended period of time, I don't think.  Both parents know I feel this way and love it.

There's some crazy flux going on.  Stephen, the fiance, is going to be staying here this week while I go back up to Cleveland.  Cleveland's job market sucks or they've blacklisted him or something, and he's been depressed about the situation.  There are dozens of hiring signs in this town and there's a decent-sized city next door with some better opportunities.  He should get a job this coming week.  If he doesn't land one, any one, before the wedding, then he's enlisting right after the honeymoon.  It's strangeness.

    And my parents are wonderful!

In the meantime, we're hanging out, I'm having a birthday (I got new earrings!).  We got a bigger memory card and some rechargeable batteries, so I'll have an actual picture of myself up soon (although maybe the tulip was a better idea).  All in all, I love my friends and my family.  They support me and my beloved (who is both best friend and dearest family)... and they keep it interesting.

    Signing off for now....
