Xanga is being mean. It ate my post. It wasn't a very good one, just a short explication of what I've been up to homework-wise. I have five pages written of a ten page paper and a strong outline and quotations for the second half. However, it's not really coming together cohesively. I figure I'll spit it all out, send it to my partner-in-crime for ideas while I incubate, and go back and rewrite everything tomorrow. Yeehaw!

On the floor in my room. I'm sure we have a pic of you reading to your siblings when you were 4 or 6. (you could also distinguish between Beethoven and Bach at that age - sorry I abused you so!) We can do digitals of whatever you find and print them if you need hard copies.

Another 'baby' book story. You were @ 8 mos. old. I was reading GWTW (1937 edition!) and you grabbed at the book and ripped a page. (I think the book is in the basement) Pappy was ready to 'smack' you and I said, "NO!!!" Never smack a child for showing interest in a book!!!

I love that story It will be a lovely part of my collection. I will need to digitize the relevant photos because I'm hoping to make a website out of them for my final. I'll start it in earnest once I'm done with this paper.

Dear Emily,

I always tell people to use notepad to write their posts and then copy/paste them in Xanga. Of course I've been known to not practice what I preach at times myself, so hopefully the words which need to get out will find a way.

At least the computer didn't eat your homework!
