Makes me want to record my version of Don't Think Twice it's Alright... I've thought about it many times... just haven't figured out how to make it happen yet.

Good Morning!  Thanks for the sympathy.  I WILL be over this by Monday!  I spend a good portion of my day talking to my swedish co-workers and they're so much more liberal when it comes to family and time off.  Months not weeks!  Amazing.

Seems to me that the armed services might have a lot of definitions of "unfit" that don't necessarily make someone useless in combat or other ventures.
    Or something like that.
Yes, I think your favorites list is much, much longer.

I considered using Jethro Tull's Witches Promise instead of Franz Ferdinand's Evil and a Heathen, but Franz Ferdinand's song is funnier. You've got some great picks there. I need to get Sultans of Swing on my IPod...

I just saw a music video of  "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney.  I am sure I have heard it many times in the past but this video was as though I was introduced to it for the first time.  The lyrics were crystal clear and written exclusively for my feelings at the moment.  I usually get swept away by melody and music, not lyrics, but the words to this song that I have hummed but never sang really caught me of guard.

Your post made me think of it again...a pleasant experience.

    Thanks
