I heard this song on the radio on the way into work today.  It's one of my favorites, as are most Cat songs that I know.  Sure, they're pretty vanilla and such, but sometimes they just hit me at the right time.  "Can't Keep It In" is so exuberant and joyful, "Moonshadow," which my husband will ever make fun of, is sort of contemplative.  And so many more.

Also, I had some amazing blueberries yesterday.  I never knew blueberries could taste so good.  So it was serendipitous that I found some fun art that features the favored fruit.

Here's a somewhat interesting take on why we in Southern Ohio plant on May 15th instead of late April, as the geologic calendar might otherwise dictate.

Let me also link you again to my brother, whose second full blog talks about High Fidelity, music, and humanity.  I think it's going to be his schtick.  He won't write all the time - only when he's inspired - but it's all good reading.

    Cute animal photo!

And, oh, what the hell: Really Bad Campaign Ads

Happy Friday!  Tapas and margaRITAS tonight
