Here's good news to share.
I accepted a new job this week but they didn't want me to start until the end of the month.
The boss just called me and asked me if I could start next week instead.
Cool. Two weeks' pay that I don't have to worry about. Or is it one
week? Either way, it's money I don't have to worry about. Not that I
was worried
I have seen too much in my life, had too many crises that God has seen
me through, to think that he would fail me in the end. I have learned
to trust him, through all and in spite of all. So even though emotions
may catch a ride on the Screamer, or some other roller-coaster, my soul
will be at rest.

Let's see, around here it'd be The Big Dipper roller coaster at the boardwalk...either one works, but Screamer...that's closer to what I do in emotional crisis.
Glad to hear that you got called in sooner...
