I am exquisitely sick today. Vomiting, diarrhea, and either respiratory flu or bronchitis - they came together; how sweet - NOT!!

My chest burns and feels like it's being ripped apart. I can't keep anything down. My pulse is rapid and I have a mega headache.

And did I mention not just body aches but muscle pain?

And if I still can't keep anything down the rest of the day, I'm thinking a trip to the hospital is likely.

Prayers, good thoughts and well wishes, and hugs eagerly accepted......
