  • Well alrighty then! I guess summer has arrived.

    It was 113 degrees today....

    Oh yeah, that's right - "but it's a dry heat!"

    Yup, it's plenty dry in my oven, too, but I ain't climbing in!

    Did someone mention ice cream?

    That is hot. It wasn't too bad here but it was warm. I left my pepsi in the car and it tasted so warm.

    Yikes -- that's HOT!! It's been a little cooler on the coast today, but was close to 100 over the weekend! It's too early to be so hot!

    today was hot up here too but not that bad. I think Friday or Saturday were worse. We hit maybe 100 on those two days. Ah yes, nothing like that dry heat!

    I don't know about it being early. Probably. I'm really not complaining though because we've had such a nice spring and my A/C hasn't been kicking on until this last week. For me not to use the a/c until mid-May is nice. I had it on in March a few years ago.

    still cool up here.  we have only seen 80 a few times.  been around 65-70.  couldn't handle 100+ right now.  good grief.

    113! egads I forget you've got that kind of heat. It's been 95 here, and actually humid! That has felt good, but at the same time it means we feel the heat too... ah, this Floridian is getting used to the dry heat. What a sad state of affairs!
