• Snow Plow Prick And a Get Together

  The snow plow prick came this morning, not his usual in the middle of the night gig. I opened my door and waved at him with my cane, he acknowledged my wave and I started getting dressed so i could move the Mood and get him to clear my parking spot completely.

  He knew what I wanted, he knew.

  By the time I was dressed he was driving away. He was driving away and he hadn't laid that plow down within 50 feet of my space. I couldn't believe it. I don't give a shit about snow because of my car. As I stated in my last post I can drive through anything, any kind of wall or snow blockage, any kind of blizzard.Snow and driving doesn't really faze me much at all..

  I wanted my space cleared so I could walk safely to my car. The prick knows I'm a gimp, he has seen me enough times. I even brought him a coffee once when i was awake in the middle of the night and he was plowing the parking lot. He didn't say thank you....the prick

  I will get even. I will make sure he does my spot. I will make sure he cleans it so thoroughly that I will be able to walk it blindfolded with no worries, cane or no cane. I will make sure he cleans it down to the gravel.

  And I will make him do it with his tongue.

  On a lighter note.....The sun is shining, U2 is blasting about streets with no names and I am feeling pretty good.Got an email today about our camp get together, seems a whole bunch of us are going to be there. I can hardly wait! I'm really buzzing over this. Some of these guys I haven't seen for over 20 years. I think it will be fascinating to see how they have changed...who is fat, who is no longer fat, who is bald, who is now boring.

  I think I will be the biggest shock to them. I had long hair then, was as active as a tazmanian devil, built with muscles of steel and sex appeal.....

  Now I hobble around with a cane for limited amounts of time, I'm out of shape though not fat, my hair is short and respectable, and any recent exploits i can talk about involve my girls --not me.

  The kicker is, it wasn't age that caught up with me, it was the outside world.

  Oh well.

  The really cool thing is the response so far from everyone else. I'd say they feel the same way about those camp years as I do, judging by the positive replies we've received they all can't wait to get together as well.

  I am so happy about that. No one, not one guy , has said he can't make it.

  Time for a beer, and Van Halen needs my help with the vocals.
