Happy Sunday.    All is good here.  Solved this foot pain problem I was having.  Then set a new milage record doing 7 miles today.  Now im off to the Scrappers baseball game.  They are a minor league team for the Cleveland Indians.  Seems like a busy but good day.  My son always likes the games and we should have good seats.      Take care
