Well it was a beautiful day out.  Too bad I worked thru most of it.  Did get a late run in of 3 miles.  but was still close to 80 out.   Got a new movie, Fever Pitch with Drew Barrymore in it.  Got it cause im such a Red Sox fan, nothing to do Drew.   Well im hot and Sweaty guess I should of showered first.

Yes, I got your e-mail. Thanks for the info. Just out of curiosity, how do you gauge how many miles you've gone? Do you use a pedometer or what? Thanks for the links and the book suggestion, they are awesome!

LOL--that's what it would take alright for you or someone else to chase my butt. Seriously thouhg, I couldn't even run in HS when I was IN shape!

I like the Red Sox too; but I was born and raised a Giants fan. :) Actualy have a Giants autographed bat sitting in my office right now; we are auctioning it off for a work event. Altho, i'd like to keep it! :p
