I think I slept the best last night then I have all week. Or was just that tired.
Running
No running today, wanted to rest ankle and in general before half marathon tomorrow. Im supposed to meet couple guys at 7 am to go there. Luckily it dont start till 11 cause it is a 2 hour drive. I dont know if im ready for it or not. could I have dropped too much in a month? Anyways im going to finish and have fun. Or hope too. If you dont see me post means I didnt make it and died or got lost.
Work
Im off work today so thats a good thing. They let 6or 7 people go on the install side on thursday then on friday time warner gave them most of work back. That figures.
YOGA
I was thinking fo giving it a try, to help keep legs stretched out. I hear its a good way to cross train. Even got a dvd of Yoga for beginners but aint used it yet. |
