Long run

Got a 12 miler in this morning.  We went early, got there about 6:20 to beat the heat.  IT went well and considering how my last 2 runs went I was very happy.  Of course it was half over before I really woke up.   Not much else going on today.

Presque Isle half marathon

I might have 2 other friends talked in to going up to Erie for this half marathon. Its on July 16th.   Very flat course around a beautiful park.  Then go to a water park afterwards.  Anyone else interested??   Its my next big race.   I might do this local 5K wednesday night and got a 4 miler planed for the fourth but treating it has more of a training run.   I say that now.........
