Now im sure im stupid. Ok maybe just obsessed. I did 20 miles today. I went to Mill Creek park and met my running buddy at 6 am. Wait im not to the bad part. All week my right leg has been bothering me. But did feel better after yesterdays run. Seems to "loosen up" after about a mile. Bob suggested it could be a sciatic problem. I may post for suggestions on how to deal with that. But I was determined to stick to my marathon plan. SO we got started and it was going well. Till about 2 and half miles. I step on a stick. Just a stick was all it took. I twisted my left ankle. I went down pretty hard. Bob even made comments about how hard I fell. Also made joke about way landed properly and not on my face. Such is my luck. i got up tryed walking it off. Wasnt sure what to do but eventually I decided to try and run on it. I was slow with more walk breaks then normal. Not sure running about 17 miles on a twisted ankle on a run I had considered skipping to begin with was very smart. But I did it. I got a 20 miler in

You are gonna seriously hurt yourself running when something is wrong. Be careful! (Oh God I sound like a Mom don't I? lol) *hugs*
