And I'm turning 30, so it should be packed full of fun shit to do!!!Oct 3rd - Wrestling event in London where I am basically guaranteed to meet my favorite wrestler of all time Raven! Last year my friend got me an autographed picture of him that said, "Happy Birthday Mat" along with his autograph. I have a replica of his ECW championship belt as well as two copies of the Spiderman Tangled Web comic he wrote that I would love to get signed.
Oct 6th - Metallica in Toronto. We bought the tickets late, but we still got pretty good upper level seats. I always wanted to see these guys live, and even if they may be a little slower than they used to be, I love their new stuff, so it should be a good show. Download some tracks if you can!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Oct 9th - Party at my house. Everyone better be coming down from Toronto and such areas. If not... screw you all... I'm getting drunk!
Oct 10th - Thanksgiving dinner with my whole family. Last year my birthday/Thanksgiving dinner was ruined by certain incidences I need not repeat, but this year we are having a HUGE dinner with most of my mother's side of the family. My three favorite things to eat on Thanksgiving and my birthday... home-made stuffing, leftover turkey sandwiches and pumpkin pie! Pumpkin pie is my birthday cake!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm.... pumpkin.
Oct 12th - I turn old. Thirty... it should bother me, but it really doesn't. I look at it as everything I'm gonna do in this next year was in preparation for the last 30. I have a list of specific people I would love to see on that day, but most of them are too far away. I think I may have to make a trip to the Fortress of Solitude that day, just to get away from it all. I may bring the camera along just so you can see the view from my fortress...
Oct 13th - Probably really hung over from all the rum...
Oct 28th - Metallica in London. Yeah... we bought the Toronto tickets before we knew about the London show. I got advance tickets for London through my American Express Gold Card, so we have great seats for this one. We may sell the TO tickets, but then again, Metallica twice in one month... why the hell not?
Oct 31st - My favorite night of the year. I should start working on a costume now... Maybe I'll go as a cowboy, but I'd need a cowgirl to go out with me. Any volunteers???

I almost bought one, but then I thought I was going away, but then I changed the date of departure until next May or so, so in the meantime, I need a good, solid heavybag like this. No one will actually get me something like this, but I can dream... And wait until you see the next item on my list!!! |
