After a long and drawn out battle with the roommates over rent and space, I finally came out with what I wanted. If I have to pay more rent in this hole of a townhouse, I was gonna get something out of it. No way in hell I'm gonna shell out more money without something in return. So what do I get? Well, within the next few days I get the one thing I never thought I would have until I bought my own house...
A BOXING ROOM!!!
That's right, bedroom #3 in the upper floor will now be transformed into my own, at home boxing room. I'm actually going to be re-organizing all three rooms up here (bedroom, office, boxing...) so that everything is where I want it. I had a blast when I put my office together, but I think the boxing room will be even more fun. I want to get some classic boxing posters, the ones that show the matches at certain arenas. I love the look of those. But, I may have to wait. At least I have some cool shit to put in there so far.
 The room so far (I'll have pics by the end of the week)...
- Heavybag
- Dresser for gloves, wrist wraps, and boxing/gym stuff
- ECW Heavyweight Championship Belt
- Classic Macho Man Randy Savage and Junkyard Dog posters
- Stereo connected to laptop in office for boxing tunes
- Chasing Amy movie poster
I want something Superman for in there, but I'm not sure what yet. I have to go out and look around for the perfect Superman thing for the room. Maybe I'll just paint the symbol on the wall... but I'm sure I can come up with something cooler than that. I'd love to find one of those cool old blow-up Superman punching bags for the corner. Now that would be way too cool! Damn... now I have to go shopping and find one.
