| | I was thinking about watching the Oscars tonight, but...
- I have only seen a few of the movies that have been nominated
- Don't have much interest in some of the nominations
- Figure Hell has frozen over if Heath Ledger is up for an Oscar
- Don't have cable, so I really had no choice
I thought about going to the movies instead, but...
- Everything seems to star Paul Walker, and I don't really like him
- Munich started before I checked the times
- Steven Segal stopped making movies, so what's the use, really?
- Don't have any money, so I really had no choice
I finished reading The Zucchini Warriors by Gordon Korman last night, so I needed a new book to start. My choices were...
- The Water Method Man by John Irving... but I'm taking a break from his work right now
- Fletch's Moxie by Gregory McDonald... but do I want to get that close to reading them all?
- In Cold Blood by Truman Capote... a little dark after a Korman novel
- Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut... but I misplaced it (see: put it on a new shelf that I forgot about)
So what did I actually do tonight? Well...
- Watched a few episodes of News Radio on DVD... I consider it a classic like Taxi and WKRP
- Laundry
- Pondered the reasons Steven Segal hasn't won an Oscar (lol)
- Read almost half of About a Boy by Nick Hornby while eating a small bag of Easter Eggs I splurged on!
Back to the book... It's that good!!!
