Breakfast...

- Fresh Orange Juice
- Hashbrowns
- Scrambled Eggs
- Sour Dough French Toast with vanilla yogurt
- Banana

Dinner...

- Thin sliced sirloin steak grilled with onions, green peppers and mushrooms, then grilled in wraps with shredded mozzerella cheese and a little salsa, with sour cream on the side
- Steamed asparagus and broccolli with sundried tomato vinagrette
- Huge glass of milk
- Four small candy Easter Eggs

Now...

- Hot Chocolate with a shot of Baileys
- 2 crumpets with peanut butter melted on top

The best thing about a day off where you have nothing to do is you can plan the whole day for what you want to eat instead of rushing and eating what's convienient. I'm gonna gain weight if I keep getting days off. Good thing they work me to the bone the rest of the week...

The torture of dieting is this.. hmmm easter eggs, sour dough bread...ooh and how i miss hot chocolate... I'll trade you some I'll trade you my alfafa sprout and lean turkey sandwich for some of those hashbrowns ( yeah yeah, my kids won't go for it either...) take care

I just gained 3 lbs looking at this. Superheros do not worry about weight because of their action-figure super powers and get lots of exercise by fighting bad guys. Barbie dolls just sit and change clothes and kiss Ken every now and then :)
