It's raining outside and there's a cool breeze coming in through the window. I have my old Star Wars sheets (which are more comfortable than anything you can buy today), Lamby still sitting by my side (like he's been for over 30 years), a cat curled up by my feet (as if she knows the family tradition she is a part of), a good book in my hand (Me Talk Pretty Some Day by David Sedaris), Bob Dylan in the background (The Basement Tapes Double CD with The Band) and a nice tall glass of orange juice with ice.

Nothing beats this feeling...

Sounds perfect ..I want a cabin in the woods ..( or an handy apartment) a house broken cat and my favorite blanket I last saw when I was five years old..my not really grandmother made the quilt for me..it was soft..I am now craving orange juice...and taking my book alone ( Ann Rule gets the killer again) as I hit the road for a short road trip..

I have a nice life..sometimes I want to trade it for someone elses nice life..have a good summer..Miranda aka ((Wings))

sounds like my car....when i am alone blasting the stereo....OR having insomnia and on my laptop at 3 am w/ the wind blowing my windchime collection.....serenity :)
