Just to clarify... this is the Chinese symbols for Superman
(or at least that's what I've been told)

I want this as a tattoo now that I'm going, but I need to make sure it's right before I tattoo it on my body.
For all I know I may end up tattooing 'I lick chipmunks' or something of that nature.

My kids had better lead me in the right direction next week.

Oh yeah, I have a job with full time hours waiting for me in Taiwan.

I may still throw up though...

the second kanji is the symbol for man- which is like one of six that i know! :D full time job doing??? all this is making me feel like throwing up and i'm not even going~!

I can speak Cantonese (not Chinese or Taiwanese) but my being able to read it is extremely limited. But if it does say what it's suppose to then I've always thought that that meant "strong man". Hmmm..., is it "gough yeun" or "ch-eew yeun"? Actually, I think it's "ch-eew." *shrugs* Maybe when you come back you can teach some of us Chinese.

Okay, the "I lick chipmunks" line made me laugh out loud.

That would not be the ideal thing to tattoo on one's body... unless, of course, one actually does that. And coolio news on the job front. Don't throw up! Good things loom large! Woot!
