A Buddhist walks up to a hot dog vendor on the street and says,
"Make mine one with everything." The vendor smiles, hands over the hot dog
and takes a twenty dollar bill from the guy. The Buddhist stands there waiting for a
long time.
"Where's my change?" he finally asks.
"Change comes from within," says the hot dog vendor.
