Ok, just completely disregard my last post. I ended up going to the game after all! Although the Yank's lost, it was still amazingly fun. So, without further adieu, I present to you:
The Trip to the Yankees Game

As usual, a quick pass of Shea stadium, the home of the Mets

There was a carnival going on, so it was quiet busy

Alas, I arrived at my destination. The "Home that Ruth built"

A glance over the parking lot, and you'll see the subway which brings many Yankee fan's into the stadium

Here's the other side of the tracks

Oh what the? The Simpsons were going to watch the game as well?

The crowds were already forming when we arrived

Typical sight at Yankees stadium. These cameramen are usually here for pictures of Matsui; which I might add needs sunglasses. If you watched the game, you'd know why

I'll let you viewers realize just how close I was to 1st base. I was only 4 rows away. and yes, that's Andy Petite walking along the bases

Here's ol' Jeter picking his balls. LOL! I wanna sell this to the National Inquirer. Maybe I'll get $100 for this picture!

Nah...I know you women love Jeter, so I took a decent picture of him

Here's ol' Fonsie or what most know as, Alfonso Soriano

Bernie Williams taking a few practice swings

Ahh..the $250 million dollar man AKA "A-Rod", or Alex Rodriguez

Monster hit by Jason Giambi. The announcer pronounces his name funny. "JASON JAMBEE"

Everyone is leaving at this point, and well, traffic is the worst when 50,000+ people try to get out of Yankee's stadium in their cars. We literally stayed put in our spot in line for 45 minutes. So, we turned off the car, and everyone slept for 30 nice minutes.

After the game, I was totally shocked. I couldn't believe my eyes until my brother reassured me that Hideki Matsui was driving his Jeep 5 feet away from us. Sorry for the bad picture, but my cam was off at the time, which lead to a distant snapshot. I'm 98% positive it was him

Hehe...21's are always a classic

But Twenny-Foe's are even bettah! 2 feet of bling-bling'ness!
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some Lobster's to accompany

"Eatin goooood, in the neigborhooooood"

I took this picture jsut for ol' Kat. I know how much you fish. Mwuahahaha!

Just some random ingredients
Btw, mucho props to Emily for finding this snazzy ol' game. It reminds me of "Operation" |
