| | Does every Korean last name have to be "Lee" or "Kim?"
What the eff? Throw
some variety in the mix. Add a "San Juan" or "Abdul" to those names. I
wouldn't mind mixing and matching names like a Pokemon set of cards.
"Go, John San-Kim! Use your Kimchi fire!"
That'd be hot. No pun intended of course.
With names, another question at hand is "How do foreign parents who
don't speak a speck (pick a pack of pickled peppers) English well, select their child's name?" I mean, I have
friends who have normal (In American customs) first names, but their
parents don't speak English. How does this happen? Does the
doctor spin a raffle machine and select a name out of the hat? Or do
the nurses play a game of Texas Hold'em and the winner gets to choose?
Hrmm.
