Sunday, November 20, 2005   It's peanut butter jellay, peanut butter jellay! Names have been changed for anonymity [After we were joking about me making a lunch for a drive to Japan from New York] cakalusa: were you there when *bleep* handed out PBJ sandwiches when we went to 6-flags? simon: nope cakalusa: you don't? good, cause I almost choked on those goddamn sandwiches. WHO MAKES PBJ with a 5:1 ratio of pb to j? cakalusa: ITS PREPOSTEROUS! ALMOST UNCONSTITUTIONAL! simon: haha simon: a jar of pb with a spoon full of j cakalusa: exactly! How many of you don't like peanut butter? Good, proceed to skip the rest of this post and leave a comment regarding your comment number (which is going to happen undoubtedly). Now that I have the attention of all 7 of you, I'd like to share with you a personal question. How many of you feel obligated to saying you enjoyed the food prepared by others? Is it wrong to lie and say it was good? Now, what if they take your comment further and continue to cook (terribly) for you in the future? Now what? YOU'RE SCREWED! What would you do in such situations? I normally swallow my pride (no pun intended) and just get over it. My penchant for becoming valedictorian has come to a screeching halt. It's sad when my professor's handwriting is worse than mine--and mine is close to chicken scratch. Even worse is that he's teaching advanced Modern Poetry and Writing. THE HORROR OF IT ALL! Below is an excerpt of him commenting on my poem which we took a stanza of another and created our own based loosely off it. Jigga what?
