Mother's Cookies Shuts Down
I bought 4 bags of Circus Animals today at the grocery store. I thought about going to two grocery stores just to buy as many as I could, but I figured cleaning out one store was enough. Too bad for those who didn't know they're not coming back! Got to get em while the getting's good!

| Coffee MilkMmm. Coffee milk is so good. I went to RI this week and told my SG friends that I would bring them back some Rhode Island souvenirs. So I got Del's mix and Coffee Milk Syrup. Both totally Rhode Island things that you can't get anywhere else. And they're so common that you don't think about it much while you're there. At least, in the Ratty, where you used to be able to get Coffee milk 24x7. I hope you still can. It's one of those Rhode Islandisms that grows on you while you're at school there.
I just opened a bottle of Coffee milk syrup and it tastes just like I remembered it. It's so sweet but coffeeish at the same time. As soon as I took a gulp it reminded me of the time when we poured a gigantic amount of soy sauce into Moon's coffee milk at the Ratty when he was eating with us. The resultant mixture looked just like a normal glass of coffee milk. Even the most senior member at the table (a med student) didn't say anything. Leave it to Johnio to warn him right before he took a big gulp.

| The Broncos are back!Man, that was the greatest Monday night game ever. People started leaving in the middle of the 3rd quarter. Also, Raiders fans are truly of a different breed. Even when they had lost by 30 points, they were still chanting in that annoying way, "Raaaaaaiii-derrrrrrrs" People stopped shouting at my when they saw my broncos shirt on the way out. If they did, i was really thinking about saying back, "Scoooooore-booooooaaard" But i didn't.

| Bad things about the west coastFootball starts at 10 AM . After being on the east coast and learning how it should be (starting at 1PM), this is one of my least favorite things about CA. |

| The Saltine ChallengeJust in case anyone was wondering, trying to eat as many saltines in 1 minute as you can possibly handle is incredibly difficult. The saltiness and dryness of the saltine just sucks all the saliva out of your mouth and you can't chew very well or fast. I got through 4.5 but the most I've heard of is 6. |
