My son (reminder: he's nine) has
figured out how to use the cell phone. His debut attempt was to
call me while his father was sleeping. I, of course, couldn't
answer because I was called when my boss and I were discussing
work-like things (and his niece, which I can't elaborate on in case he
snoops this blog. I don't think so, but I need to stay
paid). So, I called on the land line, thinking it was my husband
who couldn't nap like he wanted to. And now, the husband isn't
sleeping, thanks to the boy, whose calling reason includes lego
instruction booklets and my laptop.
I can't even imagine how much more difficult our lives are going to get now.
