So, I had an amazing day! Sam and I went to our secret lake spot, hit up the cafe for some espresso, did some work at the library, and then... we went to dinner. I ate 6 pieces of steemed shrip shumai and then a full plate of pool ko ko = which is sliced beef with veggies and rice. I ate so much fucking food! I just checked my weight and the damage of the night was 2 pounds. hopefully some of it will be water weight/digested food. My metabolism needed a kick so Im not beating myself up about that. What I am beating myself up on is the fact that I havn't been working out because I've had so much work to do that I havn't been sleeping and I've been downing ciggs. My body is feeling so fucking weak! I need to work out badly! I am going to make a serious effort to not smoke much tomorrow. Im thinking like 6 ciggs for the day and night. I really hope I can do it! Additionally, Im not going to allow myself to drink more than a few sips of beer max tomorrow night. I might actually heading to Boston to watch the BC v UVM hockey game. UVM actually kicked BU's ass tonight 3-1!!!!!!!! super fucking exciting!!!!!
