Another New Beginning

I moved into my new condo a week ago here in Azusa, shared with 5 other guys (two per room), and they are surprisingly clean and are all around great guys. I've been blessed with good roommates. They're nice.
I had orientation this week, too, for my Psy.D. program, and my first two classes. They look like they will be a lot of effort, but they seem fun and rewarding. I'm really excited to learn.
Thank you, God. Without you I'd be a fool and in misery. But with you, and in your ways, I can have life more abundant.

Graduate School

Well, I was accepted to both George Fox in Oregon and Azusa Pacific University in California, so I had the privalege of making a very hard decision. After many days, I finally decided upon Azusa. So, this fall I will begin working toward my Psy.D. as a graduate student of APU.

03/14/08

I am in Oregon right now, about to fly back to California today. Yesterday I had an interview at George Fox (a private Christian University) for their Graduate School's Psy.D. (Doctorate in Psychology) program. It seems like such a great school; it has a beautiful campus, wonderful people, and the best APA accreditation there is. I will hear back from them later this month to see if I am accepted. Also later this month I will be interviewed for acceptance by Azusa Pacific University in CA. We'll see how things turn out...

I love you.

In Christ,
-Cormack.

12/31/07

I figure I will give an update since I haven't in a while.
Right now I'm in the Philippines visiting my family, which I did not think I would have had the finances to do. So that's pretty exciting.
I have also been applying to Grad Schools to get my doctorate degree in Psychology. A couple in Oregon, a few in Virginia, one in Michigan, Illinois, California...  But I hope I can get into George Fox in Oregon. They have a good Psych program, and I have friends that live up in that area, and it rains a whole lot more than in does in Southern California where I've been living.
Have a great new year! May you succeed in any goals that you set in order to better yourself.
-Cormack.
