Septic Tank.
Yard.
Goo.
Man out of town.
Momma to find and dig up lids.
Lids are 30 inches down.
Momma doesn't have a clue where they are located.
This could get ugly.

BIG Hugs and Prayers your way. I remember when Doug was in Fayetteville, and we had sewer problems... turned out the city was responsible for, but when it backs up your entire system and you've got two teenage girls... yep, I remember it being really ugly.
Perhaps just calling a plumber and asking him questions? Maybe you could locate the lids???
