OK, It is 7am and the writers wife is at work again. This was one of her many days she had to be there before the sun came up.

Oh Yeh, It is also the writers birthday he is still holding on to 30 something.

OK, when we last left Crazy Horse he was standing watching Something Special drive off into the night....

As she drove off Crazy Horse was starting to feel the wall around his heart fall. He had build this wall to protect himself from ever being hurt or taken advantage of again. It was very hard for him to just let go and trust another woman. Although he wanted so very bad to trust her with his heart he could just not let go. Crazy horse then went to deliver his load and returned to Baton Rouge.

When he got to Baton Rouge he told a friend that he had been talking to this lady in Alabama. This friend was a guy that Crazy Horse had grown up with, and he too was a driver. (His nick name was Stone Cold) Crazy Horse and Stone Cold talked for hours about Something Special. Crazy Horse told him that he felt something when he was around her that he had never felt before. Stone Cold said to Crazy Horse, Remember what you promissed yourself man. You are never getting married or living with another woman again. Crazy Horse looking at the ground says, Yeh I know. Remember how Stephanie did you, do you want a life like that again Crazy Horse? Crazy Horse replies. No I don't! Stone cold says, Then what the hell are you thinking about this woman for? Crazy Horse tells Stone Cold. I don't know how to explain it man. She makes me feel like she likes me just the way I am. and she doesn't want me to be nothing but me. She is not interested in how much money I have, or what I can buy her, or even if I drive a truck for a living. She just makes me feel happy. (Crazy Horses Mother had always told him, that anyone will have sex with you but only the right woman would Love you) This thought kept running through his mind. He was wondering if this woman would truely be the one that would Love him. So he said to Stone Cold, Hey man come up to Alabama with me and I will introduce you to her. Stone Cold says, Oh yeh thats what you need. Remember what I told you about your X wife. (The Day Crazy Horse had met his former wife stone cold had told him to leave it alone because she was up to no good, many times crazy horse had wished he would have listened to him so he would trust Stone colds opinion on Something Special)

The next day Crazy Horse and stone cold were on the way to Alabama. When they pulled up at the York BP, it was late and Something Special had already went home for the day. Crazy Horse had her phone number now and even though the mean girl was the one working she could not stop him this time from calling her up. And thats just what he did! (AFTER HE GOT THE BUTTERFLYS OUT OF HIS STOMACH) The phone rang 2 or 3 times and then he heard her voice. "Hello" She says (CRAZY HORSES HEART SKIPS A BEAT) He says "Hey Michelle, this is Jeff... uh from Baton Rouge.... uhhh you know... Crazy Horse" She laughs, "I know how you are, where are you." Crazy Horse says, "I'm at the truck stop" Something Special replies, "I'll be right up there" Crazy Horse says "uhh.. Ok" He walks over to Stone Cold and says, she said she is coming up here to see me. Stone Cold says, OH MY GOD! I can see that look in your eye Jeff, Remember she is a woman and she has a bagg full of tricks. don't fall for it Jeff. Crazy Horse says, "I'm not going to" Stone cold "YEH WHATEVER, you forget I have known you for 30 years" It only took about 10 minutes or so for Something special to get there. As she pulled up Crazy Horse saw her. She got out of her car and walked towards to building. Crazy Horse was standing inside watching her, he was lost in a daze thinking how beautiful she was. Stone cold says "HELLOOOOO anybody home in there?" ummm yeh, crazy horse says. Jesus here he goes again, stone cold replies. As she walks through the door. Hey there big fellow, she says. Crazy horse says, uh.. Hi! as he looks over at stone cold as to say, What do you think? Stone Cold just shakes his head. Something Special walks into her office with crazy horse behind her and puts her purse down. So, she says. Do you want to get some coffee? crazy horse says, ummm yeh. (he didn't even drink coffee, but he would with her) they walked into the diner and sat down. (crazy Horse even sat next to her) He introduced Stone cold to her, and then they talked about Crazy horses younger days, Stone cold filled her in on all the stupid things that they had done as kids. before they knew it they had been talking for hours (and many trips to the bathroom for Something special) It was time for them to go and time for her to go home and go to bed. They walked back to her office where they stayed for another hour talking somemore. Something special started drawing on crazy horses arms with chalk. He could not figure this out, what is she doing he said to himself. She would later tell him that she liked his arms. crazy horse thinking to himself says, uhhh..ummm Ok. But as usual there time together was cut short by thier schedules and crazy horse had to leave for Michigan. But like all the other times before she didn't let him go without a hug. Only now crazy horse was feeling more comfortable hugging her back. And he didn't even freak out when she kissed his cheek. As stone cold and crazy horse pulled out of the truck stop she waved goodbye to him. It was very hard for him to leave. he just waved back and said "I'll see you later" As they started up the road crazy horse said to stone cold "Well what do you think"? stone cold replied, Man I don't know. she seems nice but that could be a trick. You need to take it slow and watch out for yourself. Crazy horse says, I know I'm trying.

Crazy horse stopped in York many times over the next few weeks. Each time spending hours there talking with her. Then on one of his trip trough York he had stone cold along with him again. This trip just happened to be on valentine's day. When crazy horse walked into the truck stop something special said to him. "You better go change into a nice shirt if you want to take me out to eat somewhere. crazy horse said, OK! he then rushed out of the truckstop back to his truck to put on the best shirt he had. It was a purple Brush popper western shirt. He even put on a brand new pair of wrangler jeans and took his ostrich skin Justins out the box. After about 15 minutes in his truck getting ready he rushed back into the truck stop. Passing stone cold, stone cold said to him what the hell are you doing? crazy horse says, I'm taking her out to eat! stone cold then says, what am I suppost to do? Just at that time another friend of thiers that was headed to the same place pulled up. Crazy Horse said to stone cold, Ride with Duck, and I will catch up to you somewhere up in Kentucky. Stone cold says, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, RIGHT? crazy horse says, NOPE! Luckily stone cold was crazy horses best friend and went along with this idea. He knew that crazy horse would make good on his word to catch up with them. Crazy horse come sliding back into the truck stop (LIKE KRAIMER ON THE SEINFIELD SHOW) Something special looks at him a says, WELL! Hi there Cowboy whats your name? She says, you know I am going to have to go home a change into something nice too now. I can't go looking like this. Crazy Horse thought to himself, There isn't anything wrong with the way you look. But she insisted on going by her house so she could change. When we pulled up at her house crazy horse saw something standing in her yard. what is that he said, Oh thatis my pot bellied pigs. Crazy Horse, YOUR WHAT! she laughs and says those are my pets. Crazy Horse thinking to himself, hmmmm OK... Thats cool I guess. As the car stops crazy horse gets out of the car and is licked to death by (NO... NOT HER!) about 6 little dogs. Something Special says Oh and thats my other pets, can you tell I like animals. Crazy horse, OH YEH that is a under statement. As they walked inside crazy horse sees this other little dog, it was a jack russel terrier. Something Special says, as she picks her up "And this is my inside pet her name is Dr. Ruth." Crazy horse says cool name as he reaches to pet her (THE DOG) at that time the dog snapped at crazy horse. (THE DOG WOULD NEVER GET ALONG WITH CRAZY HORSE) something special says, Oh I'm sorry did she bite you? no. crazy horse says. she tried though. Something special puts her down and says, she is very protective of me. Crazy horse says, "YOU DON'T SAY" as he gives the dog a mean look. Something special then says I'll be back. And goes into the back of the house. A few minutes later she returns dressed in a different outfit. she asks, how does this look? crazy horse says, very nice! as he thinks to himself "I mean beautiful"! About that time this young girl walks in. She looks at me as if to say, WHO ARE YOU and what are you doing in my house! Something special says, This is my daughter Tarin, Tarin this is Jeff. The young girl says hi! as she hugs her mother and goes into her room. Something Special says to her I'll be back in a little while! And her and crazy horse go out to the car, but first she asks him to take a picture with her pigs. Crazy Horse thinks to himself. OK, why not! and he squats down beside the pot belly pig for a photo opp! (SHE STILL HAS THIS PICTURE) Then they get into her car and Drive to Meridian Mississippi to get something to eat. On the way there crazy horse (TRYING TO IMPRESS HER) asks where she wants to eat. Red Lobster,the Outback, or what. She says. I don't care if we eat at Mc Donalds as long as I get to spend time with you! At that time Crazy Horse got this warm feeling inside, it made him feel so good that she just wanted to be with him. and nothing else mattered. He had never felt like that before. So he was not about to be a cheep skate with her so he said "how about the outback"? She says, Ok, but you don't have to do that. Crazy horse says, I know. Thinking to himself he says, But I want to. They went into the outback where they stayed for hours watching NASCAR and just talking getting to know each other some more. Then something special excused her self to go to the bathroom. (SHE DOES THIS ALOT) She had been sitting across from crazy horse up untill now, but when she returned she sat down beside him and leaned over on him. (you would have though he was going the jump out the booth) His shyness was starting to come back out. About that time her cell phone rang. It was her mother down in Hattisburg Mississippi. She told her she was a the outback with a goodfriend having supper. Then she says "hold on" she hands the phone to crazy horse and says, my mom wants to say hi! Crazy horse takes the phone and says "Hi"! Her mother replies, YOU ARE NOT SLEEPING WITH MY DAUGHTER, ARE YOU! Crazy Horse just about crawled under the table and died. Something special seeing that his face had turned very red asked, what did she just say to you? Crazy horse replies, UMMM NOTHING! After the phone call they sat and talked some more untill they realized they had been there for 4 1/2 hour (YES THE MANAGEMENT WAS READY FOR THEM TO LEAVE) Then crazy horse remembered that he was suppost to meet up with stone cold in Kentucky. So she rushed him back to his truck. When they got back to the truck she told him how much she really enjoyed having dinner with him and just spending time with him. He said, I enjoyed it too. Maybe sometime we could do it again. She says, Sure! anytime cowboy! Then she give him a hug and kiss goodbye. His heart was melting and that wall around it was really beginning to crumble. She was really starting to break it down with all the kindness and compassion she was giving him. At this rate he would not be able to last much longer.

INGREDIENTS

2 sticks of butter

2 chopped onions

1 chopped bell pepper

1 chopped rib of celery

1 tbl of garlic

4 tbl of flour

4 tbl of fresh parsley

2 lbs boiled shrimp, or crawfish, (CRAWDADS IF YOUR FROM TEXAS)

1 lb Mexican Velveeta cheese

2 cups half-and-half (ITS LIKE MILK you can find it in the Dairy section)

1 can of mushrooms (I buy raw mushrooms and saute them)

1/2 cup of grated parmesan (The kind in a container will work)

Salt and pepper for your taste

How to cook the stuff!

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic in the butter

Add the flour and parsley.

Add the shrimp (I HOPE YOU BOILED THEM FIRST, IF NOT YOU NEED TOO!) You can also boil some chicken and remove it from the bone as your meat. Or you can use crawfish its up to you.

Add the cheese, half-in-half, mushrooms and some salt and pepper.

Cook this for 10 minutes or untill the cheese is all melted down.

then cut your stove back to about a medium setting stir it about every 5 minutes and add salt and pepper to sute your taste.

After you have done this for about 25 minutes turn the heat down to low. and let it sit untill you finish making your rice.

You can use rice or angel hair pasta to serve it on.

This will feed about 6 people its very filling!

I promise this will knock your wifes socks off. And no telling what else! Enjoy!
