he talks baby language, drools like there's no tomorrow, and all he wanted to do the entire time was put my camera in his mouth... .... it was my first time shooting kids so I'm glad at least ONE good shot came out of it...

Conversation with my cousin...

abby (12 years old): "I have a funny joke for you... listen... LISTEN!!"
minty: "okay, okay, okay... tell me"
abby: "the police found a man dead in his house... and when they walked up to him... they saw him trying to dial 1-1-9" *laughs*
minty: "huh?"
abby: "no wait... wait..."
minty: *blink blink*
abby: "uhh... it was funnier when I read it in the book"
minty:

apparently, the man in the joke was dyslexic... and she forgot to mention that.... but even with that extra detail... the joke still sucks... haha

went to the Rogers Cup on Monday and I did a bit of shooting... as usual... lemme know what you think... good OR bad...

Slowpokes...

I'm standing in the subway car as the train pulls up to Bathurst station... when out of nowhere, these two women push me out of the way to get in front of me and closer to the doors... I don't care - in fact I found it very humourous... I'm guessing they were in a hurry to get somewhere... so its all good...

UNTIL...

immediately after we get off the train, we have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the streetcar... and these two women, whom after pushing me out of the way in the subway car... take their sweet-ass time getting up the stairs and are carrying a conversation that is also slowing them down...

so why am I mad?

because I missed the damn streetcar by 10 metres!!!... and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one!!! 

therefore... would someone please explain to me the logic behind making it look like you're in a hurry to get off the train... but when it comes to leaving the station, you're the slowest fuck alive... grrrrr... *shakes left fist in anger* 

Beware future gf or spouse... I WILL do this... =)

I know, it's been almost two weeks since I came back... but it took me a few days to recover... and summer school's been a tad insane since I came back... but nontheless... here are some pics from camping...
