I just watched that movie "sicko"...and amazed at how well the "socialized" health care works in other countries...makes me sick to think how we get the lying BS here being pumped out by the heatlh care system to keep out nationalized health care and to keep sucking the people dry with awful HMO's and health insurance...drug companys etc etc..our politicians are so paid off by the people making money off the backs of the american public to keep our corupt health care system going.

I have not seen the e-mail.  They do the same thing in the hospitals in the USA, they treat you but they will pester you for the cash later.  If you don't have the means you have to prove that to them then they take most of the bill off the top.  What I do know about health care is it is a double edged sword.  If you take care of everybody it comes out of someones pocket.
